Founder
and President, Mary Ann McPherson, began St. Cloud’s Cheesecakes, Inc. over
10 years ago in a simple kitchen at home. The preparation of delicacies was
for the enjoyment of friends and family – a way to share a time-honored
tradition with those she cared about and loved….
 Today, the goal
is still the same. Yet the goal has become one that is shared by many. It
is the desire to make available to patrons and friends the highest quality
of products that truly satisfies the dining experience. Whether at the
kitchen table or a Five Star Restaurant, these products say “QUALITY
AND TRADITION”.
Many
foods accent the colors of the sun, such as ripe lemons, the yolk of an
egg, crook-necked squash, mangos – just to name a few, while others show us
the beauty of the earth. So it is only natural that food, in any
environment, can change everything from the look of a room to the way that
we feel.

Products
St. Cloud’s Cheesecakes, Inc. began as a wholesale
business in Nashville, TN selling quality desserts to restaurants, hotels
and restaurant chains. Today, we have expanded to a retail outlet located
in Historic downtown Franklin, TN. Our two-story ante-bellum style building
is located on 2nd Avenue North, one block off the square and offers a
peaceful setting to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and delicious
dessert or you can purchase cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cookies, muffins and
other fabulous items to take with you. We offer special occasion cakes such
as birthday, graduation, holiday and cakes for that special day of the
bride and groom.
